Beth & Matty – Profile

Me and Mum

Hello! Thank you for viewing our profile.

We are a Mother and daughter team living near beautiful pueblo blanco, Iznájar.

Iznajar is situated in the Subetica National Park, Córdoba, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Our home has stunning views overlooking the largest lake in Andalusia.

My Mother has been living here since 2003 and I came to live in Spain in 2013.

After graduating from University I moved to Japan to become an English teacher.

I spent ten wonderful years in Tokyo teaching English. Now I teach privately for locals.

My Mother is a vibrant creative energetic lady with a passion for life and a great chef! She will prepare all our meals and take us on some adventures!

I am a friendly fun outgoing person who will make you feel at ease. We have a small business making hand crafted creations. We create paintings, jewellery and abstract artwork.

My Mother has experience of hosting in our beautiful home, from Japanese exchange students to volunteers from all over the world in exchange for board and lodging. We welcome everyone as part of our family.

In Japan I worked for Berlitz out services at Universities, Kindergardens and company classes for Olympus, Mitsubishi, and Johnson and Johnson to name a few. Since I came to Spain I have been helping my students prepare for their B1 and B2 exams.
